- Maib, Veo Worldwide Moldova and Dyninno hold the top three positions in the wherewework Moldova 2025 Employers Ranking
- Maib climbs to first place, up from third place in 2024
- Cegeka Moldova and Roslin enter the top ten for the first time
For the first time, the ranking also includes industry specific lists
Maib, Veo Worldwide Moldova, Dyninno, Cegeka Moldova and Roslin are the companies most appreciated by their own employees according to the wherewework Moldova Employers Ranking, a project by wherewework.md, the largest online community of employees in Moldova and one of the most important in Central and Eastern Europe.
The ranking is based on anonymous feedback provided by employees between 01 November 2024 and 31 October 2025. The wherewework Moldova ranking is the only one built exclusively on employee opinions and not on public perception or employer branding campaigns.
Each company’s position in the ranking was determined based on the overall score which accounts for seventy percent and on evaluations for five additional criteria, each weighted at six percent, considered essential by employees: career advancement opportunities, salary package, work life balance, management, procedures and organizational values.
A major novelty of this edition is that, for the first time in the history of the ranking, results are now available by industry. This helps employees compare top employers across sectors more easily and provides HR professionals with a reliable reference point when evaluating organizational cultures.
In this year’s edition, the top three positions are held by the same companies as in 2024: Maib, Veo Worldwide Moldova and Dyninno. Maib’s rise to first place marks one of the most notable developments. While in 2024 the bank ranked third, this year it climbed to the top of the ranking due to the consistent appreciation expressed by employees for the working environment, internal culture, stability, professional development programs and organizational atmosphere.

“This recognition confirms that at Maib people are at the center of everything we do. First place in the wherewework Moldova ranking reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a work environment built on a culture of innovation, appreciation and development, a place where every employee feels valued, heard and motivated to grow. Maib culture is about people, energy and the desire to do things better every day. We will continue to strengthen it so that we attract and retain the best professionals and ensure a workplace aligned with the highest standards while encouraging performance and the personal and professional growth of the Maib team at all levels” says Svetlana Bodaci, Human Resources Director at Maib.
For the first time in the wherewework Moldova Employers Ranking, two new companies enter directly into the top ten. Cegeka Moldova, an international provider of IT services and software solutions, and Roslin, a company specializing in software for transport management and call center services dedicated to the transportation industry. Their presence in the ranking highlights the evolution of the labor market and the growing interest of employees in organizations that invest in professional development, modern technologies and work environments oriented toward performance.
“As every year, the wherewework Moldova Employers Ranking reflects the real voice of employees, not the image projected by companies. The fact that we see an increasing diversification of industries represented in the ranking shows that more and more companies, regardless of field or size, are truly investing in employee experience. This year’s ranking reflects a maturing labor market in which transparency, respect for people and work life balance have become essential drivers of organizational performance. The labor market in Moldova is becoming increasingly complex and competitive. Employees no longer seek only stability but a work environment that respects them, develops them and gives them meaning. For companies, the experience they offer employees has become a strategic differentiator” says Costin Tudor, CEO of wherewework.
